I have to admit, I LOVE lemon anything. I tried this dressing last weekend with miso. Don’t get me wrong, it was delicious. However, I felt making the taste simple would just be a better result. I was right, once again. Insert smile here 🙂

2/3 cup tahini
1/3 cup filtered water, or more if it is too thick
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, 2 medium lemons
1 tablespoon lemon zest, or more if you really like lemon as I do!
4 garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Blend all ingredients well in small food processor. Chill for at least an hour for flavors to get excited!
