Ah, the spring season is waning and the summer season is waxing us with warmer temperatures. Now what?
Well for starters, I am looking at a new rig. Time for a new vehicle, time for a change, time for an upgrade. Probably going to be an entire new color I have never owned. So much to look forward to…. Road trips with my new sweet dog, Murphy, are in our future!
Next up, second base: summer. What weekend trips can I manage while juggling the hectic real estate market in Boise, Idaho? What places on the United States map, no better yet, the North American map can I visit for a new pin on that map? Of course, that means an airline flight, right? I am definitely going to Halifax, Nova Scotia to see my friend, JJ and her husband. It’s time I visited my brother on the Gulf coast of Florida and perhaps put a day sail on my To Do List. I really miss ocean sailing. Thank goodness for TSA pre-check!
I do foresee change in the horizon. Change is good, right?
Over the course of my life, I have found myself constantly in change mode, no matter where I was in life, no matter where I am in life. I am in an odd place right now, but I won’t whine about it. I just don”t have the time or want to make the time for what I cannot control. Therefore, I forge ahead.
I just want to be in a place where I can continue to give, continue to support, continue to be happy.
I really don’t think that is too much to ask.
