100 tech-y, free or nearly free web sites for real estate agents

I am giving a presentation tomorrow for Group One Real Estate at the Eagle office. Topic: 100 tech-y, free or nearly free web sites for real estate agents. I am more or less prepared. More in the fact that I have a spreadsheet in pdf form to email to everyone with the web site links and the descriptions. Less prepared as in what I am going to say.

 So, this is what I have decided. I am going to wing it. I am going to open with a hilarious email to share that will resonate with anyone that has a precocious son at home. Then, I am going to have fun and so will my audience. Think about it: I can go to each site, describe it and let my audience decide whether or not to click a bit more. Or move on to the next site.
