I miss ocean and water views. I miss my friends over in the Seattle area. So, I packed the car, made sure Murphy was comfortable and hit the highway. I now have the drive figured out if I have to drive the entire way in a day. I stayed in Gig Harbor with Cheryl and Mike, we cooked, we enjoyed the afternoon views from the deck and even spent a day ice dyeing shirts and scarves (I brought the supplies). My trip was so relaxing I had to ask what time it was every day.
